The Pool Manager will oversee the safety and the maintenance of the pool area and its equipment, the employment and supervision of pool personnel and such other matters as relate to pool and swimming activities. The Pool Manager, Lifeguards, and Swimming Professionals have at all times authority to enforce rules, preserve order and deal with matters under their purview. Anyone asked to depart the pool area by one of them must do so immediately.
