Guest Policies

Guest Fees are set by the Board of Directors at the start of each fiscal year and are subject to change.  Members are responsible for all unpaid charges incurred at the Edgeworth Club as a result of their guests.  All guests visiting the Club for purposes other than dining or special events must be registered with the front desk and the attending member must obtain a campus pass for the guest to present at all athletic facilities, including pool, bowling, and racquets. Guest registration will be handled at the front desk. Guests are welcomed at the Club’s athletic facilities no more than two times per month, without regard to hosting member and will be denied entrance if the permitted number of visits is exceeded.

Local Guests must always be accompanied by a member when on the premises of the Club.

Local Guests of Active Members:

Local guests are those who reside within 50 miles of the Club and as such have limited visitation privileges in athletic areas. Guests of Active members are always subject to a guest fee of $15 per visitation to campus when utilizing any of the Club’s Athletic facilities (pool, racquets, bowling, etc.).  Each guest may only use any of the athletic facilities when visiting (excluding the Fitness Center) two times a month.  Significant Others registered on family memberships have unfettered access. 
Those who wish to host a local guest at the Club in its social/dining amenities need not pre-register their guests. Local guests can visit the social amenities of our Club while accompanied by their hosting member at no cost and with no limit on the number of visits. Local guests desiring to utilize the facility unaccompanied are expected to apply for membership.

Out-of-Town Guest Identification Passes:

Passes are issued by the Reception Staff Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.  Guest passes must be arranged no later than three days in advance of when your guest(s) will use the Club.

Out of Town Passes may be issued to any Active, Intermediate or Junior Member (not Social Members) whose guests reside outside a 50 mile radius of the Edgeworth Club (i.e. family members who come for an extended visit).  The passes, shown by the guest to the Edgeworth Club employees, identify the member who is to be charged for the fees the guest incurs while using the athletic or dining facilities.  Passes are valid for up to two weeks.  Extensions may be granted only with Board approval.  All guests must still register (and show pass) to use the athletic facilities during their two-week period.  Guest fees apply for racquets, bowling, and swimming, but there is no fee for the guest identification pass, itself.  All charges will appear on the member’s monthly bill.  A visitation by an out of town guest is billed at a reduced rate of $10 per visitation, and more than 2 visits are allowed within the window-of-dates of the pass.
